Something that would always confuse me when I was in my late teens/early 20s working part time jobs while studying was older people who said that they couldn’t wait to pay off their home loans to quit the job because they hated it.

Right… because all of life’s expenses end with the mortgage, don’t worry about food, utilities and everything else, they’ll just conveniently be there for you, free of charge :tonguewink:
 
I don't know who is worse the bank or microsoft, first tried contacting microsoft to close my account as they were taking double the amount per month they have no way of contacting them so contacted my bank how many billions do they make per year and their fucking useless could hardly understand the person on the phone had to keep repeating myself and even after that still have to wait 10 days while they look into it, here's an idea put a block where the direct debts are so you can block the company trying to withdraw funds it wouldn't be hard to do!!

Microsoft… what kind of on-going service do you have with them that requires expensive frequent payments??

With the bank (or any overseas call centre I get transferred to) if I can’t understand what the blue hell they’re saying, I just hang up and ring back), thankfully I don’t need to speak to overseas call centres that often.

Most of the time it’s those Indian virus scammers who I toy with a fair bit before revealing to them I’m a cyber security expert which causes them to shit their pants and hang up.

There's usually a hard to find cancel subscription page. I typically cancel the subscription there and take a screenshot of the page after confirmation I've cancelled, email their customer service centre with an attached screenshot and get them.to confirm that I've cancelled the subscription. If I don't email them they generally don't stop taking the money.

I have gone into the bank and asked them to block direct debits before and also had them tell me they can't. They absolutely can. Your other option is to attach a second account to your main one and transfer everything into it.

The gutless prank remains the catalyst for drama in my region and thats not going to change regardless of anything.
If I stuff up with someone Im sorry.
Sucks to be vulnerable to it and thats why we get some defiance.
This is not my conspiracy and cant take responsibility for the whole shebang but I did say 2025 was going to be different and I owe it to myself to change things.

Thanks for the encouragement, been a bit upset our national sport has been targeted at all by the gutter tactics, takes the shine off the product and complexes the shit outta me.
