2014 is turning out to be a year with plenty of ups and downs for the Canterbury Bulldogs . With the ladder so close we have had another week of upsets going our way - lets hope it continues .

All 5 games so far this round have been upsets. We have been very lucky with the results. Imagine if we had of won the last 2 games!

Think back to those 3 games we won in a row by 1 point. Wow, if those three games went the other way we would be sitting in 12th spot. Those wins plus the ones recently against Storm and Manly are like Gold. Just such a pity we couldnt capitalise in the last 2 games.

You only need a few little things to go your way, it's the difference between winning and losing, and a few of them combined affect your position on the ladder and determined whether or not you play finals footy or not,

Out of the top 9 teams at the moment, we have the 2nd worst points differential. We need to win a few in a row to try and stay in the top 4.
Our last 8 games have been: L L L W W W L L....................FMD, we cant afford to keep this pattern with another L on Friday.

True, 5 loses recently is a lot, most teams who finish top 2 at the end of the season would
only have about 5 loses all season, it's been the year of upsets this year that's for sure

Yeah same. If we only won because the other 15 teams had their team busses roll we would be Bradbury's lol

It's a reverse Bradbury where the teams down the bottom are knocking off teams that are higher than them on the ladder but lower than us therefore keeping us on top even when we are not winning games .
