[NSFW] = Not Safe For Work

So lets begin...

Blackberry, Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile, Nokia
-----------

Firstly, what is the best Android device on the market?

Secondly, are you able to use your Android as a pocket hotspot? I read somewhere that you cannot do it unless you root your device which of course voids the warranty

yes you cant without rooting, wifi hotspot is making your phone into a wifi hotspot. for example a laptop with wifi can use the data network on your phone to access the internet.

the new HTC EVO 3D is not bad.... 3D pics make me dizzy though

I can do it with my Xoom Tablet. My friend Ali has been able to do it with his HTC.

I have to give it to Apple, their product is so much easier to use than Android, which is why it is so successful. Android, once gotten the hang of though its really really great. I currently own an iPhone 4, iPad2 and a Motorola Xoom.

Besides the ease of use of the iPad, the Xoom has so much better features.

thats a shame. How dare Android provide a device and don't allow the "owner" to customise it without voiding it lol

At this stage the HTC Sensation and Samsung Galaxy II

With HTC phones that are operated with the Android 2.3 gingerbread you can and Im sure with the Samsung Galaxy II can too and that is without rooting the phone

What does MobileMe have that Android doesnt?
instantaneous synchronicity.

I could lose my phone.

Get a new one, Type in my MobileMe username & password.. my email, calendar, notes, contacts, settings will be delivered back to my phone instantly.

I could enter your name into my phone and within 30 seconds that same contact will also be sitting on my computer. There is no need to "sync". It is what it is.

With the introduction of iCloud it is only going to get better.

HTC Sense does exactly this.
