Haven't had them myself yet. But have to say, the Mrs just spent 3 days in hospital at Gosford. For a public hospital, that place is quality.
Gosford’s the best. Had all children born there, amazing job.

Hey guys.
I'm in hospital waiting to have my Gaul bladder removed.

Been here 2 days waiting fir the op.
Public patients don't get much love lol.

It's one hell of a pain in the guts
Anyone had Gaul bladder stones
You will feel much better after the operation (dumb statement) but you will have to watch what you eat more.

Less fatty foods, salt and alcohol will affect you more.

My wife had gall stones and the F#$KING thing moved and lodged itself in the pancreas.

Gave her pancreatitis and 2 weeks in hospital.

It is all keyhole surgery these days so recovery in much faster.

Hey mate I had mine out last year at 31 believe it or not never been a heavy drinker or eaten alot of fatty foods but mine was full of stones had pain on and off for two years then had a big flare up and they finally removed the fucker. Recovery wasn't too bad only thing I've found since having it removed is if I eat red meat usually it's knocking at the back door about an hour later apart from that good as gold. Rest up bro

You never miss home as much as when you're in hospital.

Welcome home. Rest up my bro.
Cheers mate.
I'm having a great day today.
First day without the need for pain relief
Obviously I still have pain and discomfort but it's within my tolerance level now.
The Roo will be back bouncing around again in no time

Good luck bro I had mine out at 17 lol. I didn’t have the stones though it was an inflamed gallbladder or something and had to be removed before it infected the pancreas or something.
Were you getting the crippling pain in the abdomen?

Yeah mate, had been having the pains for over 10 years.
Just thought it was severe reflux so lived with it.
Till I complained to my doctor and she requested I get ultra sound to check for gallbladder stones
And what do you know that's exactly what it was.
Dr couldn't believe my pain threshold levels haha.
I'm one tough mofo haha

Yeah I was told the pain was higher than birth giving lol. To be fair and real I started having those pains from year 9 to year 12 and they’d put me on the floor.
Thing is, the female dr kept telling me you’ll be right, it’s just a bad stomach ache lmao. She did an X-ray to make me feel better and assure me I’m just a baby. Anyways when I was about 16 this girl back on msn started talking to me about it and she said her dad is a dr and I gave her the symptoms she went to her dad he said go and ask for an ultra sound on your gallbladder. Went back to that female dr, she’s like ok let’s do it but it’ll be fine. Results came back. Full on diseased gallbladder need to get it out ASAP.
Two surgeons, one said I potentially cancer the other said we gotta get it out just to be safe and not let it infect other organs lol.
