I love this club
Own goal by Shrewsbury lol
Those young cunts sent worth a squirt of shit
I thought this Jones and Elliot etc were meant be guns ?
There as good as ya jap mate
Was that English you were speaking Coach?
Liverpool is disrespecting the FA Cup by picking their youngsters...
Liverpool youngsters beat Shrewsbury...
Team I'd pick to play Chelsea:
Kelleher, van den Berg, Hoever, Larouci, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Elliott.
Stay patient , these kids will be tearing your mob a new one in the not too distant future.
Who scored the goal lololol
They could even tear Shrewsbury one
That’s 2 own goals that got you thru in both games mate
Against a 3rd division team
How’s that for lucky
Only thing they will be tearing is there team mates assholes on the showers
2 own goals got you through in both games
They out scored you 4-1
Haha it may well be true. Coach is on here as the Man U thread is so boring
Looking at that team it was the youngest team we'd ever played in 1st grade (average age of 19). Youngest captain in history. The fact that they played in front of a packed Anfield (testimony to Liverpool supporters) really helped their own growth. Just a fantastic experience for them, especially with the win.
Lucky with the goal, no doubt about that. But had plenty of chances to win it and should've. Funny watching at the end when Shrewsbury had a corner and all the big lads came up for them. Fucking dwarfed our kids but the lads got it away. True testiment to them as I thought they'd get bullied out of the game but they were at it from the get go.
Been talking about Curtis Jones for a while but the lad was impressive. Very mature performance leading the team. Really enjoyed seeing him rally the troops towards the end of the game, throwing himself into everything. Lots of people talking about Neco Williams. Personally didn't think he was spectacular but most people did so what do I know?
If I'm honest, apart from those two lads and Elliot I don't see future first graders though it's early days. I've always liked Hoever, but recent games he wasn't too great if I'm honest. Last night in the centre of defence I thought he looked really good.
Still went through my friend.
Pep keeps playing his first team guys in FA cup and League Cup. Now they look burnt out and are way off the pace.
Klopp has prioritised the league and will not risk burning out his players in 3rd rate competitions.
Plus they've literally got 40m players as the 2nd player in EVERY position.
We're just great
Didn’t even realise shrewbury had one turned down by VAR
You were saying .... Seems as though your lot had the most advantage. You'd be even further behind that 38 points if it weren't for VAR ...
4-1 vs Shrewsbury and u blokes go thru
How much luck do you want lol
In 2 legs your mighty reds put 1 goal past a 3rd division team
They out scored you
Lucky those young guys are brilliant
Interesting stat I saw on assists this season.
Neco Williams 2
Aaron Wan-Bissaka 1
How many games has Neco played compared to Aaron? ....
1 who the fuck is neck Williams
2 Fred smith has 29 assists in the local league
3. Was this one of the bums who couldn’t out score a 3rd division team?
So you're not going to talk about the point you were trying to bring up about VAR? Just moving on from that, are we ...? hahaha
Honestly, the first game with our 1st team in there we were rubbish and I don't think we deserved to go through. That was when they should've won it. But the 2nd tie the youngesters played really well, especially considering they were playing in front of a sell out crowd at Anfield.
Not sure too many people saying they're brilliant, way too early to judge for many of them. As I said previously, there are only 3 - maybe 4 standouts for me however we'll see.
I understand you've got to hold onto something though my friend
The fact that you have no idea who he is only emphasises how funny it is United supporters creaming their pants over Aaron getting 1 assist and then this kid plays 2 games and gets 2 assists.
Played really well
They were at home against a 3rd division team and couldn’t score a goal
Real champions stuff
Lucky Shrewsbury banged another goal away for ya
