Cheers Those shots are from Tokoriki Island Resort on Tokoriki Island. It shares 25% of the island with Anuca Resort (another 25%), and the natives own the other 50% of island.

Beautiful resort Tokoriki is, but not cheap haha.

Well that was from oct 08 till now. So 2 years.

simple tips:

Exercise regularly. Doesn't have to be intense or anything, just keep it regular, at least 3 times a week.

Just cut back on fatty foods: My tip is, try to eat healthy during the week and then eat normally on weekends. You dont have to go full healthy and only eat vegies etc, but just watch what you eat.

Do this for a solid 3 months and you're bound to see results.
