We go well in soccer, plenty of us play for Iraq and mostly other Mid Eastern teams.

I'm hoping my boy will be the first Assyrian to play in the nrl.

Yeah I knew Agassi was Assyrian, read that in his autobiography - good book. But the mug is more a heritage symbol, right - there’s no actual Assyria team and most Assyrians play for Iraq.

Then again, maybe I’m wrong, I don’t pay much attention to the round ball…
