I used to hunt rabbits with Ferretts as a teenager. They're too delicious if cooked right to be on that side of the red line. And I've been to a number of poor Asian countries. There's a small chance the only thing I haven't eaten is horse.

I had horse in Kazakhstan.
True! Not uncommon there.
Quite red, quite gamey.
Try anything once but probably won’t go the Phar Lap with fries again .
