Had something to do with stadium rent/debt. The government owns the stadium and the club currently owes money and has a long-term lease with them. The government supposedly agreed a deal with FSG but it wasn't legally binding because it has to be put through a vote which wasn't going to happen until September. FSG walked away because of that.why would the government want that
