Do people fail to realise this means Parra could potentially be the benchmark for 2023? If Panther fall away Parra are closer than they have ever been for some time.

With Moses in the team Parrascum will never be a benchmark.
Benchmark of Choke maybe? Thats about it.

They lost Mahoney and gained a 34 year old hooker

They lost arguably one of the form second rowers of the last 2 seasons, and signed a bunch of reserve graders to cover.

Garbage 3/4 line, and they’re looking at another average player in Harper.

They will regress from last year but will still make the 8

If true I think the sharks will be the next benchmark depth for days good coach. Hynes looks primed for another big year.

I think other than 3-4 teams, the comp is going to be wide open for anyone to take it if they get on a role and get their timing right.

Roosters, Eels, Panthers and Storm all have weaker squads than previous years. Rabbitohs are probably the only one of the top teams that look stronger, but without Reynolds I doubt they can go all the way.
