Dallas are way better. I just picked the most ridiculous set of events not a set I consider likely, I chose Falcons because they have the worse record if they get in. I genuinely think they could beat Arizona, and then if they had a potential trip to Dallas I would expect them to get beaten. But the cowboys are average at home, their record is far from spectacular there and I think they aren't unbeatable, even for the Panthers/Falcons.why are both of you just dismissing the cowboys? a) we've beaten the seahawks 2) our loss at SF came when romo had no pre season cardinals loss came with weeden at QB then loss to eagles was when we had a 3 day turn around and romo was clearly not ok. I believe we match up pretty well with seahawks, it's just a team like the packers/lions (who looks like we'll have to play to get to NFC championship) that we have to really worry about because obviously we have very little pass rush
I didn't dismiss them, i just was acknowledging the possibility a team with a losing record could go deep in the playoffs and choosing the set of circumstances that made it seem most likely. If they made it to Seattle somehow I would expect them to get murdered, but I would be on the bandwagon by that point haha.
