Utah slam was regular season v Easts.Great try but Utai Slam and Gearin were in winning GfS my bro
The try in it self was top shelf. Gearins was unbelievable in a GF though IMO who gives AF though they all great triesUtah slam was regular season v Easts.
Gearin… good try but you’re applying big game bias.
No. The palm, the shoulder, the put-down, the celebration. What a fucking unit.
Front on shot - that’s the screen-saver for life.
That’s just it. He was that good and that influential on the game today. I said in the other thread but worth repeating here that defences KNOW what he’s going to do, study him all week, try and negate him any way they can.. and he STILL does it to them. Very few players are that consistently elite and he’s one of them and he’s our captain for four seasons AT LEAST. I’m in awe of him.He doesnt play today and we dont win.
Thanks capt obvious. HahahaHe doesnt play today and we dont win.
Also proves defence is what wins premierships. The defensive display from the Storm that game chocked us out completely.all the best trys were in 2012 involving that rat Barba.
We should have won the comp that year.
I believe it was more like we only had only one game plan, give the ball to Barba and let the magic happen. Once Storm shut down Barba, we had no plan B to go to.Also proves defence is what wins premierships. The defensive display from the Storm that game chocked us out completely.
Yep, Hasler was easily out coached by bellyache that gameAlso proves defence is what wins premierships. The defensive display from the Storm that game chocked us out completely.
And lest we forget some brilliant Steve Mortimer tries like the one where he ran right through six Parramatta players to score. and the two identical tries against Cronulla on opposite sight of the field in two in both halves, just to name a few, for those of us who were lucky enough to have witness thisUtai Slam much better
Tonga burning Hodges

Plus those 3 tries you mentioned were in sudden death 79 playoffs. If Mortimer doesn't play that year there is no way the Dogs make the playoffs let alone the GF. Mortimer is to the Bulldogs what Michael Jordan was to the Chicago Bulls. And lest we forget some brilliant Steve Mortimer tries like the one where he ran right through six Parramatta players to score. and the two identical tries against Cronulla on opposite sight of the field in two in both halves, just to name a few, for those of us who were lucky enough to have witness this

hectic, he must've seen some tape to know that was on.Just to add, the grubber to himself was practiced in warm up right in front of me. We were actually waiting for it in the game.
