What an impressive win tonight but next week is going to be another tough one that we must win heading into the bye and can't stand losing to them again

6. Burton- fingers crossed no injury if he plays origin

Geez…. I like Wilson, good kid, can play, but surely the time is now for Skelton. You can’t be the best winger in all of cup and not get a call up sooner than later. Once he gets regular time, he’ll be hard to keep out…

He was off today, just felt like he couldn’t finish tackles
 
Agree….
wouldn’t totally write him off, but time to give Skelton his shot.
Then again, I don’t know as much as CC and the team, so, what does it matter hahaha

Yeah but I don’t remember the last time we dropped a player after a win. And Wilson did well not to concede on his side with the mix of having no centre on the first sin bin and then also after Fox went off

I remember a couple of weeks ago there were rumours Skelton's off to Rooster, anymore on that? I've always been a Wilson fan myself but he's been off since dropping out of the 1st grade team.
 
Assuming they backup after origin. Burton and Crichton walk back in.

Wilson or Skelton in if Fox is out. I'm a Wilson fan. But he looked flat compared to usual tonight. Might be the lingering effects of his recent pneumonia.

Sexton holds the 7 for mine. Not sure if Hutch goes to bench or reserves. I wouldn't be making any changes outside of that unless injury forced them.

Both teams right edges have a clear advantage over their opposite man imo.

How Burton and Salmon defend together will decide this game. For this reason I can definitely see Ciro sticking solid with Wilson.
 
Not sold on Wilson, he looks timid and not physically ready, he reminds me of Charlie Stains, kids got pace and can finish a play but doesn't offer much else.
 
The reason Skelton is not in the side is because he lets in a lot more tries than he scores. He needs to fix his positional play in defence, then he may be selected.
