Yeah the same thing happened in F1 with the grid girls and lots of people went into melt down mode over it. Funny enough the world didn't stop turning and i'm sure pornhub is still online lol

Nah mate, it was everywhere (monaco was the only sort of exception to this but they didn't hold up drivers names etc), liberty media decided it didn't "resonate with our brand values". For the record i think it is silly and they should remain, but i won't be loosing any sleep over it.

Eh. Not sure what the problem is. It's a shitty contest that I've never cared about before and it's their contest so they can do whatever they want with it.

I cns understand when people get upset when the council spends tax payer dollars to change some crossing symbols from male to female, but when a privately run exhibit decides it wants to change its competition then who cares? It's their contest, they can do what they want.

If you don't like it then start your own contest.

I think how some of the venues are getting away with it is the girls are not technically grid-girls like they used to be, they don't walk the drivers out and stand there hovering over the cars etc
