I agree to an extent but there a clear disconnect between the spine and our edge players. Averillo needs to get a crack, having him sweeping around the back against the out of form Broncos could well get us the win. If Staggs is back for Brisbane I think Jake would be placed under more pressure being left at centre to defend him. Ironically a player who can't make our side in Harper handled Staggs very well last year.

Well again leads back to Pays selection, we could’ve had Harper on Staggs side and Averillo on the other and then DWZ and smith on the wings with Meaney at the back but we don’t get to pick [emoji23]
To each their own but I feel like the pressure Averillo will be under out the back would be worse than him matching up against Staggs.
