how are you going to manage a draft as you have to have everyone there at the same time every draft?

Yeah I've set it for 8pm the sunday before the season starts. It only takes about an hour.

No you have 1 draft before the season starts and that is your team unless you cut players for players not selected in the draft

You should be able to change the league size any time before round 1 if needed

I usually pick up all the cheapies and work back from there...the entire 25 can be picked with cheapies this season lol.
