Will Hopoate will play for Bulldogs' #NSWCup team tonight V Penrith as he's unavailable for Sunday's #NRL match due to his Mormon beliefs
If he gets injured i'll be less than impressed.

there are others reporting it's actually J'MOZ that's in doubt & Stanley will replace him not Holland
#keepingfreshandfitforOrigin1

Roosters backs are fucked anyway, no big deal lol
1. Mitchell - yet to really fire in first grade.
2. Tupou - Can be good on his day, but hopefully is opposing Rona. Phillips has him on speed, but Tupou has him on vertical leap.
3. Aubusson - Hasn't played much in the centres.
4. Ferguson - If we have skimpy cheerleaders he'll be taken out of the game. If we don't keep them dancing though he can do a lot of damage (and not just on the field).
5. Burgess - He's pretty quick, but Rona and Phillips should both be easily able to handle him.

If we field the named backline we should do well. No excuses really.

Hoppa is playing reserve grade tonight so maybe Stanley is sitting out tonight incase he's needed Sunday.
Let us all know how he (and others go) if you are out there :grinning:

Cheers!

Holland has to be in the squad to turn 4's into 6's...games are so tight now that conversions are critical. I too would choose Stanley over Phillips. Stanley has the better defence, positional play, size and strength whereas Phillips has the genuine pace. I've yet to see Stanley have a poor game on the wing..the obvious concern though is injury.. I would say he is one more injury from pulling up stumps the poor bloke, here's hoping he comes back bigger and better. As fans, we don't knock our fallen!

Have a soft spot for Stanley. Obviously his glass body is a big concern... rate him better than Holland though.
Well I have a hard spot for Holland.. something about those blue eyes

Philips is suspect under the highball. We were lucky the tigers didnt target him last week. Stanley in for Philips

Poor old chase has spent that much time under the X-ray machine he glows in the dark from the radiation, he has more screws in him then Bunning's and Masters combined...its rumoured that his father was a pinyada?

Holland would be faster if there was sprigs on his clogs!

Hope not. Surely Chase would come in for Phillips as he is genuinely a great winger..though Chase will likely just break down again.
100% i haven't seen Stanley have a bad game on the wing for us. Only issue is he's so fragile diving/finishing busts him up... i.e second Penrith game in 2014.

So we have Stanley, Perrett and Hopoate all playing tonight. Tony Williams is gone for three weeks with a hamstring injury; the website says nothing at all about it though. Got information from NRL Bulldogs twitter feed.
