Thanks for the recommendations.

I have used Spybot previously and was told that it attracted spyware itself.

I have been using Adaware but I have been experiencing issues with it.

That's the thing with Spyware Programs, they all cost none of them are free.
I have many spyware issues, need to format tonight, ill look at adding this also
