So are these some pseudoscience product or do they work?

They work, there's a youtube video on it. Enhances blood flow, meaning more oxygen, less pain, more endurance. The video illustrates how it works by having a live blood sample under the microscope projected on the computer, and they add the chip next to it and the blood starts flowing almost instantly..
