Players will always get the opportunity if they have the talent.
It is a mistake to promote young players who are not first grade ready.

Just like any profession they don't get promoted until they earn it. They earn it by their attitude, how they train and how they play regularly, every week. There’s no short cuts to the gravy train.

A mix of youth and experience usually works. Hopefully the next season or two we may see Forans experience assist in developing our halves.
