Question at its core is in the title but hear me out.

Let’s just say, that as expected, Flanno improves a little bit.
Not a bunch, but a bit. He does his job in the sense makes hard tackles. Pinpoint kicks, and keeps game error free and allows Burton to do his thing (or whoever is his halves partner if Burton goes to centre).

so lifts himself by 10% let’s say.

And he wants to stay a Dogg.

In this instance would you I consider him for another 2 years?

I want you to consider this as a thinking exercise:

- he does not need be starting half. He can be depth like how Wakeman is being signed at the tigers.
- He does not need to be signed on what he’s on now. He’s willing to take a pay cut, which he has too, let’s say he sets his price at 200k a year.

I think we can all agree that we need a new 7 but
A/ would you keep him as back up?
B/ if we can’t find another 7 like Moses or someone, would you keep him at full price for 1 extra year??

What I’m curious about is rationality. Why or why not?
Let’s discuss below and trills stay away.
No - he has no leadership skills , a trait that can’t be taught and at 24 cannot be moulded into having it.
New half back please.
