Rule change - Des 2016

In light of Bennetts involvement in ruck interpretation just weeks out from start of season and broncos subsequent grand final appearance I'm just wondering everyone's thoughts on what rule change Des would need to push if we were to make 2016 grand final?... I'm thinking that no player is allowed to kick the ball at anytime

You can only try and score on the 3rd tackle, and If you don't score that must be followed up by a settling dominant tackle.

Your worst prop HAS to waste the 4th tackle.

1. No more than one player (at dummy half) can touch the ball for more than two consecutive tackles in attack.
2. The hooker can run from dummy half.
3. No signings required, we can make it with our current side.
