some concerning stats

we're are the 2nd most penalised team in the competition with 32 penalties conceded.

We're also the 2nd team with the most missed tackles in the competion with mahoney on 23 missed tackles, kikau 22 missed tackles and Hutchinson on 20 missed tackles
To Mahoney's credit, his defence has really improved over our last 2 games.

Backline named today will be…

1. Joash Papalii (NRL debut)
2. Josh Addo-Carr
3. Stephen Crichton
4. Bronson Xerri
5. Jacob Kiraz
Wishful thinking but Ciraldo doesn't like change especially for defence.
As much i want Joash to debut probably not the best against a full strength Storm in Melbourne.

We will see how this stands up when the team is announced. If CC doesn’t want to mess with the defence. Crichton 100% plays at Centre.

Pulling Crichton out of centre where he is arguably the best in the game, both sides of the ball. Simply to do a role for 1 week at fullback where he isn’t going to be great anyway. This will open us up through his centre channel.

Give Joash a one week nothing to lose run at fullback and leave Crichton at centre.

Background on Wyatt Raymond, North Queenslander, Townsville, studied at James Cook University, now based in Sydney, works part time at Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness in Botany, appears to be an NRL Referee golden child, plucked from Qld Cup in 2022, back to Qld in 2022 and 2023, only reff'd a couple of NSW Cup Games this season, I don't think he reff'd any of our NSW Cup Games.

So Hutch provides nothing in both attack and defence =/
