Off topic but what about the st George push in the scrum today Lol . Wish Ben Creagh smashed Docker

Keep things in context, every team has tried everything to unsettle the Dogs then pulled their best game out of their asses.
Expecting the Doggies to play semi final footy every week has taken its toll and we have dropped a few.
We need to bottle it up and take serious aim at the Eels this week.

What is your team for the game against Parra? Keep in mind Reynolds will be gone due to suspension and Kasiano out injured

1. Perrett
2. Brown
3. Morris
4. Lafai
5. Thompson
6. Mbye
7. Hodkinson
8. Tolman
9. Ennis
10. Graham
11. Eastwood
12. Jackson
13. Klemmer

14. L. Perrett
15. Maitua
16. T-Rex
17. Finucane

That is a good side really; the only change I'd make is Drury Low instead of Mitch Brown. Mitch proved against the Broncos that he is just too skow.

Under normal circumstances this side would win by a big margin, but there seems to be some unpublicised drama/dispute within the club that is manifesting itself on the playing field. So personally, I think we will be lucky to win it.

Lmfao, what sort of answer is that?
we have been totally outplayed the last 4 weeks, no excuse, we have been pathetic.
we have played a tigers team with massive problems of the field, we have played Penrith without their halfback and about 4 other players missing , we just played the broncos without hodges, we have had everything go our way and we still can't win.
get you head out of wherever it is , take off the blue and white goggles and see it for, what it is .

So what, they compensated and played 80 minutes of great football.
The Tigers played their best of the year.
The Panthers played mistake free footy.
The Bronco's played their asses off at Suncorp.
Unfortunately we missed Morris big time, look at the way he saved us against the Warriors?
Things this year could be even worse, how close were the field goal wins?
There have been times we have been able to go that little bit more, but don't rely on it.

I hope not much of Des's week is taken up planning a defence for Grub .

I don't understand your post. So we can't compete when other teams plays their best? Is that what you are saying ?

I agree.

I find it weird that Mitch Brown is leaving for only 40k more, thats if there is any truth behind it
$40k per year. That's a massive difference when he isn't on big coin

Not every single week, we are still a benchmark side that teams take pride in taking our scalp and when you take out Tolman. Morris, Reynolds, Hokko, Brown, Klemmer and Inu and you will have inconsistency, add an unwanted hooker who has never chipped over the top in his life and we have a drama.

I'm keen to see what Mbye can do with his second shot in the halves. Hodkinson and Reynolds kicking game has been quite poor this year, i'm hoping he can add something here.

Mbye looks to have a superior passing game to out first choice haves as well.

Has Mybe played in the halves this year? Didn't he get moved to centre pre-game?

I think he played in the halves against the roosters and centre against Newcastle

Actually he did play in the halves against the roosters as he got denied that try when he stepped back and i also remember cracking a fat when he put a grubber in the in goals which resulted in our only repeat set of the year so far

Mbye was not allowed to play his natural game against the Roosters. He was kept out of it by Hasler who wanted his forwards to dominate the halves. That plan failed miserably with 20 min to go.

Thanks for sorting it out, I thought he was in the centres for both.

I have faith in the kid, I think he can force Reynolds out of the #6 jersey.

Yep, I think it was the first regular season FG game played for us this year. He played halfback. It must have been the first game that Tren and Josh missed.

He just has that look of a natural footballer , 5/8 could be his position

Horrible news guys, Ben Cummins is refereeing our game. He kills us EVERY FKN TIME!
