Our backline looks a lot better but once again we are nowhere where we need to be with our forward pack. We've had to many injuries with our props this season and that has hurt us with no Thompson and very little seen of TPJ, R F-M and Sutton this season.

Max King has filled in at prop but doesn't have the size or impact as others have and is far better positioned at lock. Flanagan and Okunbor on the bench doesn't instill a lot of confidence either.

Hopefully a few changes before Saturday.

Perhaps close to our best line-up. Would like to have seen Pele or Kautoga play for high intensity 15- 20 minutes burst.
Walsh is a big loss. He is a major difference between Broncos this year & broncos last year.

Ciraldo has gone from a fixation on utilities to one on back rowers. RFM, Preston, Topine, Okunbor, Waddell. Plus Hoffman on the extended bench. Rather Brown over Flanno and Patolo for either Waddell or Okunbor. Backline is the best line up possible at this stage, but if Burton wasnt there that line up would look well below average except Kiraz for his hit ups and Addo Carr for speed.

I watched the game again yesterday and although Souff have big bodies they didn't monster ours thier first try is the exception Topine and Ray were good even Okunbor was pushing harder and for longer in attack.

Surely this has a Rabbitohs flavour to it although those backs could terrorise us

Broncos squad is very solid even when they’re missing so many. They could eat the boys for breakfast if they aren’t careful this weekend.
