Def can't agree there. It's as obvious as the hair on Des' head, who was as anal with selections as Dean Pay...that we have not had our best team picked and the quality, if ever selected correctly, would be better.

While ever fans see Elliott and Smith picked over CHN, Martin, RFM or Toomaga then coach Pay will be ridiculed for his team management.
