Everyone who is calling for Hutchos head, i dont disagree he's bog average, those kicks were mostly diabolic..... however you're all delusion if you think ciro will drop him.
im
Not saying Ciro will drop him but he sure should fricken drop him. But because we got within 6 he stays in the team. It kills me and his defense is garbage

Missed the game as I was flying back from Dubvegas, but reading a few comments sounds like we put in a solid effort with a few lapses costing us as well as possibly being a quality player short in a key position. Still should give a few teams a good run for their money.

That was a good game of footy. Penrith are the benchmark, their defence is sensational and even without Cleary they are stacked with attacking options, how good are Edwards and Yeo? Not to mention JFH, his carries are so good and he plays the ball so quickly, Warriors are damn lucky to be getting him next year.

As for us, as always this season there are more positives than negatives:
1. Critta gets better every game. The way he hits the defence in yardage is awesome, bends the line every time or gets his head or arm free. Ran for 161m tonight, he is elite.
2. Kiraz 240m, turned on beast mode yet again.
3. Reed 64 tackles and clearly got the message about too much niggle.
4. Tracey superb game yet again.

Losing by 6 to Penrith at Penrith is massive, tonight was the real test of where we’re at. Our attack struggled obviously, Penrith had the game plan to shut us down and were good enough to execute. We got too bogged down with one out plays and went into our shell, they just slowly strangled us with field position but even when we got players into space they were just too good and shut us down.

yeah I like that I just wish we didn’t concede stupid penalties but anyways we’re out of the 8 but hopefully we don’t get out and lose to raiders
The Raiders game is going to be very different to the Pantsers game. If we hit them with our fast line speed and defensive game, and Burton gets active turning their big boys around and making them constantly come out of their 20, our edges just need to be patient and we should start finding gaps at the back end of each half.

I cant fuckin wait a whole week for us to play.

Its gotten to the point where I’m actually looking forward for us to go out and play again.

You guys are so much better than last year. Our attack was nowhere once Cleary went off, but have to give some credit to the defence to cause that.
Cleary proved why he’s the world’s best. Did the same thing he did against the Broncos in the GF. few sets we managed to pin you guys in your half and he boots an absolutely spectacular kick and puts us under pressure.

Goes both ways, people say our attack was bad but the Penrith’s defence was a huge factor in that. Overall we are building nicely and Penrith are still the benchmark when Cleary is fit and firing.

After having shit props for years, we've finally signed a decent one in Curran but for the life of me I cannot understand why we continue to play Max King as a prop.

Curran has what we've been lacking and that is size, Max King is workhorse, but he lacks the size of many props in the NRL.

King would be far better utilized in the 2nd row or at lock, which he has also played in.

King reminds more of a Simon Gillies type player than a front row forward, which I fail to remember once when he has broken the defensive line.

Also don’t forget that we actually managed 6 line breaks. Our main goal is to get to icing those opportunities. That left edge is absolutely lethal, imagine if Edward’s didn’t pluck it out of midair and we managed to score first
