Injuries happen but it has been obvious since November the club was short at least two fg ready middles so the club allows one middle who couldnt train or play much in 22 because of a chronic back injury, to box in the off season. They had money and salary cap so they bought three halves n still say they have over 600k to spend. Hope they know what they are doing. Hope the game has evolved away from need for good middles. Hope Ciraldo has the golden touch with improving players.

The injuries are bad luck, the recruitment decsions aren't - lack of middles so they sign three halves and have a hooker in the top 30 who cant even get a game in reggies.

Tanner is a worker probably defends better than Thompson n TPJ but may struggle with speed of fg - i dont know where he middle go forward will come from
