But if he signed with the roosters he'd obviously sign for well under market value. It would only make sense that he'd sign for under market value there after using the fact that the Broncos have him for less than his market value to wriggle out of a contract. Sure that he could release a statement about loving eggs which come from chickens which in turn need roosters, so it's the next step in logic that the roosters are the perfect fit for him. Might not be the exact reason he'd say he signed for less, but the public would be expected to swallow some such dribble.JWH and TKO's contracts could theoretically free up enough cap space for B.Smith in 23. Even then it's a stretch considering the other highly paid players on your roster.
But I can't see how anyone could justify 900k plus on Haas on top of that considering Keary, Teddy, Chrichton, B.Smith, Manu, Walker, Suaalii and Radley would be on almost $6 million combined.
But to tell that story in less words, if the roosters get him it won't be for market value under the cap.
