Reports are around that former Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore has died aged 58.

He was in Spain at the time.

Sad loss for me ... his guitar playing was an early influence.

probably his biggest hit during his solo career

i remember as a kid when he did a cover of friday on my mind, which was pretty rockin for the 80's, dunno if it would sound any good nowadays lol

great guitarist. he learned modern technique and could shred it but blended it with his roots of the blues/blues rock

The clip is the epitome of 80's hairband gayness.

That being said, the song was very important to me.

Was cranking still got the blues last night on the piss wid the lads woke up then read he was dead..... Freaky shlt.
