I heard he might be going to south’s for base money and wants the doggs to top up 250 or so so he doesn’t take a pay hit

Possibly the devil is in the detail.

RFM has been in bad form.
It's reported he personally has not been training hard enough.

Perhaps setting a bad example for the other players.

If he went up to coaching staff to discuss this and delivered it the wrong way and didn't listen to the coaching staff and is seen as responsible for setting bad example and culture to the other players, then yeah, drop the prick out of the squad.

I recall he was shocked himself…. Poor call from Ciro on that occasion, absolutely had to be King or Addo-Carr.
