Retro Bubble Gum Trading Card/s

Did any of you collect different types of Movie/TV/Music Card Sets growing up that came with Bubble Gum? I thought I’d get together some that I remember and hopefully you guys can find some too. I’m sure they still make different sets these days, but not as many as in previous Eras.

I remember collecting Kung Fu cards in the 70s, from the TV show. Also a set that featured chopper style motorcycles - can't recall what it was called. In later times I had various sets of Star Trek and Star Wars cards. But I mainly collected footy cards, as well as some cricket and wrestling cards.

Slightly before my time as a collector, but from my all-time favourite TV show, "The Samurai" (Shintaro). The inner nostalgic child inside of me, may yet cause me to acquire an original set one of these days.

Years later, when Siren released The Samurai DVD set, some reproduction cards were released.

I remember spending all my pocket money on Bubble Gum Cards sets, Rugby League Cards and Stickers too that went into a sticker set. Plus back when I grew up I could buy Fireworks from the Corner shop.
