If your work is blocking The Kennel, it's because of the redirections this page had when it was hacked.

It highly depends on the IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) / Firewall / proxy your company is using.

Some will recheck blocked sites after X period, realise it is no longer a threat, and start working fine.
Others will maintain a blocklist and be stubborn with blocking it until it is manually okay'd by an administrator.
Others will remain blocked for good (unless it's whitelisted by your IT guys).

If it's not an IPS/Firewall, then it may be your security software/AV blocking the site for the same reason. In most cases it'll clear itself, but I can't say how long that will take.

Only thing you can do in this instance is contact your IT guys, and ask them to whitelist the site. Depending on your organisation, it may not be possible to do easily.

In my case it's easy peasy, as I'm the one that looks after our IPS gear
