My take is it basically all comes down to how Woods develops.

2 years of Hunt and Woods taking over is perfect for us.

BUT

I know for a fact (@Menteek can back this up) is that we want Toby and Toby wants us. Exact words of a man very close to Toby.

I would personally like to see our current spine have a fully preseason together. Also Hunt could be an expensive risk. Whatever Gus, CC and the board comes up with I'll back.

I'd love to see Hunt in all honesty, but you're right about a full preseason.

This team has so much growth in them, so maybe Toby is the answer?

Well Tracey and Sexton didn't get a preseason in their positions along side Reed and Burton. With what we have seen this year, there is nothing there to make us think that the whole spine won't improve.

woods is no where no near first grade, got dominated in defence in the older grades this year, needs time, lets not rush him

Yeah that's why I was thinking at least 2 years.

doesn't really make much sense to give Woods a top 30 spot if he wont be playing first grade next season.
