More info to light saying the police didn't even do the second test as they were called away to an urgent Home Invasion. To me, sounds like the police fucked up on two points, didn't do the second test, and one of them leaked it to the media.

Have worked with a lot of coppers in my previous role in Govt and you get some great ones, and some complete tools, speculating that the ones involved in this might be the latter?

Yes they do. I was pulled over on Friday for doing an illegal u-turn (guilty) and the cop told me his name, where he's from and that the body cam is on. He asked why did I do it. I said my dog (who was in the car with me) has been spuing up all day and didnt want him spuing in my car and I am in a hurry to get him to the vet. He let me off with a caution. Little did he know I was taking my dog for a run around at the park. lol
