Recommend a movie for my 2 weeks of sick leave

So i'm having surgery on my hand tomorrow and need alot of movies to keep me occupied and i can't do anything except watch tv. Recommend any new or old that would be worth watching. Anything really good except i'm not a fan of these vampire type movies, Lord of the Rings and the like, anything to do with Twilight, and no sci fi :P Thanks guys.

Yeah I posted my little list before I read your post. Have seen most of your list and agree. Some very good movies there.

LOL! I was telling my kids off whilst reading it so missed that.
