Tpj - guy needs more support though.
Burton - that 40/20 was squandered.
Stimson- going to give the big fella an encouragement point for that bit of support play.

Flanno had an encouraging return but not enough to feature in the points.

And ffs get the ball to the fox

Iv seen worse performances in fg than what Dufty dished up but im struggling to think of any player putting in such a poor effort - maybe Bevan French a couple of years ago in a game that was played in Darwin went a half without touching the ball or making a tackle

Get off the gear. It’s only cutting into your profit margins.

3 - TPJ, 80 minutes! try! 3 offloads, one of only 3 players to run 100+, 28 tackles 2 missed, 0 errors. Got some decent PTBs
2 - JAC, line break, try assist, 148m, 11 tackle breaks
1 - Vaughn, went unnoticed I feel, but got more run metres, post contact metres, runs per hitup and tackles then TPJ, with 22 less minutes. Consistently quick ptb, 33 tackles none missed, no errors or pens. Wasn't responsible for any of the soft defence in the middle that failed to stop tries (unlike JJ, Waddell, and King, although King got a rough deal after being obstructed by Yeo). If all of our middle forwards had played to his level we would have had a better game by some margin.

Honourable mentions
Burton - Big improvement on last week. Seems like he is getting more involved, good kicking game tonight. No errors or pens.
Flanno - Too bad the team waited until his first game of the season to hand over so much ball, what he did unlike the other HBs that have been tried was get Burton into the game, this is the first game this season where Burton had more touches than our #7. He was good in defence, and at least got the ball to come down 1m out where a Lui mistake resulted in a try, not just a scrum.
King - other than the missed tackle on Lenui, was great off the bench as usual
Stimson - try! and a really impressive 25 minute stint off the bench. Got a chance and definitely put his hand up.

So glad to spot Flanno in 2nd half. Hardly saw him 1st half, yet he still topped the points.
We are coming 15th FFS
Possession turnover diabolical.
Speed of our shifts far too slow.
Many dubious calls against us. What's new.
We've just played the best 2 teams in the comp, so has to get easier.
