When doing this I realised there isnt much quality out there. Flanagan would 4th or 5th. We def should get flanagan.

Which is exactly why all of this proven coach talk is overrated. Aside from Bellamy and Bennett, you wouldn't want many of the others and most have proven that they are average coaches at best.

Every coach has to get their start somewhere. Just because Pay was a horrible choice doesn't mean we can't go for another coach who hasn't coached FG in the NRL yet. It just means they have to choose more wisely. Plus Holbrook has experience with St. Helens while Demetriou and O'Brien have been long term assistants at successful clubs that both seem likely to get an NRL gig sooner or later.

Stephen Kearney is a dud.. should be lower

Cleay should be lower also..

Maquire should be higher with a premiership and actually realising within 10 rounds that Mbye is a dud..

Top 2 are no brainers lol, and should be in those positions, the rest meh, I mean a lot of it comes down to who you have to pick from, but still gotta make the correct choices also (pay) hence he is in the correct position also. but yea !!
