just need help for buying protein for guys...

very low carb though one though

can anyone recommend any brands?

Optimum Nutrtion is a good deal. There are a few other good priced ones also.

yeah im on that site at the moment because rachel recommended it, but i just have no idea what brands are good.

which is the BEST one you recommend?

Trust me they are pretty much all the same and you could end up spending like $100 more on it if you want but its just for the brand name not because its any better.

If its a present you can buy him that and spend the extra money you were willing to spend on something else.

Plus for the average person their workouts need to be flawless before you'd worry bout a possible 4% extra gains from a dearer protein.

I swear by "BodyScience Hydroxy Burn Pro". With this stuff you get:

  • HIGH PROTEIN + LOW CARB
  • CONTROL RELEASE FORMULA
  • OPTIMISE METABOLIC RATE
  • HIGH PROTEIN
  • LOW CARBOHYDRATE
  • FAST RESULTS

Only don't get the caramel flavour - it tastes revolting. Choc or strawberry ftw.

Tina,

Buy what's called Hydrolysed whey protein. Ask them when you go to a protein shop for it.

It is 100% pure protein, and containts 0 carbs and 0 fat. It's like 97% protein. All you gotta do is mix it with water or low fat milk and bob's your uncle.

It's kinda expensive though because it is PURE protein. Nothing else.

I'll recommend HORLEY'S ICE WHEY. It's what I'm taking right now. VP2 tastes the best, although I heard they no longer make it hydrolysed.

But yeah there are lots of cheap proteins out there.

There's a factory on Woodville road, Granville that sell them cheaper than the rest. Vitamin King is a rip off. I recommend you go to the one near me.

thats what im getting when i finish from the carb loader one!!! BSc is the best i find

nah i havent been since i went with Moe like 6 months ago.

whenever im in the area i get it from chullora market place, that chicken place is sex
