Okay, a bit of fun here and we can review it at seasons end.

Predict what you think the final 2015 table will look like (feel free to add in the grand final).

At seasons end we'll reignite this thread and see who is right.

CONDITIONS:
1. Must have posted before the first round of the NRL season for 2015 completes.
2. Posts are not to be changed after first round of the NRL season completes. Till then go for it!

Feel free to also predict NSW Cup and NYC tables as well if you are game :grinning:

.....

NRL
1 Roosters
2 Rabbitohs
3 Bulldogs
4 Sea Eagles
5 Eels
6 Panthers
7 Broncos
8 Sharks
9 Storm
10 Cowboys
11 Knights
12 Warriors
13 Titans
14 Wests Tigers
15 Raiders
16 Dragons

NSW CUP (comments as far as I'm aware)
1. Penrith Panthers (strong in 2014 - Windsor Wolves killed off)
2. Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs (completely new look side - high expectations after disappointing 2014)
3. Newcastle Knights (strong in 2014 - have lost some stars to NRL though)
4. NZ Warriors (official feeder team and taking place of Vulcans)
5. Newtown Jets (no longer feeder to Roosters/Souths)
6. Wentworthville Mapgies
7. Manly Sea Eagles (many of their players have been promoted to first grade)
8. Wests Tigers (no longer linked with Balmain/Ryde Eastwood, and killed off Wests Magpies completely).
9. Illawarra Steelers (Dragons NRL side is average, NSW Cup will struggle)
10. Mounties (again will struggle)
11. Wyong Roos (always struggle in NSW Cup)
12. Norths Bears (standalone club - not feeding to Souths)

NYC
1 Broncos
2 Knights
3 Roosters
4 Eels
5 Bulldogs
6 Dragons
7 Warriors
8 Rabbitohs
9 Panthers
10 Wests Tigers
11 Sea Eagles

1. Roosters (quality squad)
2. Cowboys (ever improving squad)
3. Bulldogs (ever improving squad)
4. Panthers (ever improving squad)
5. Sharks (Ennis, Barba will make a big difference)
6. Warriors (Will have really good winning streak with a bad winning streak but make 8)
7. Knights (I respect Rick Stone as a Coach, think he will get them in the 8)
8. Broncos (On forward pack alone, dont respect Bennett anymore as a Coach, should have retired after Dragons GF win)
9. Raiders (Have signed well, Cornish and Hodgson will help them win games)
10. Eels (Meh squad, some up and comers but not consistent enough imo)
11. Rabbitohs (off-field issues will plague their season)
12. Dragons (not enough talent/experience/size)
13. Sea Eagles (plagued by Foran/Evans signing elsewhere)
14. West Tigers (lack size in forward pack, however, respect Taylor and hope he does better than this)
15. Storm (have a bad feeling they will struggle finally - losing Hoffman hurts them, big 4 are constantly injured these days as well and have no quality depth)
16. Titans (i feel sorry for henry but idk, just dont see it working)

Vulcans weren't there last year either.

Roos are now the only feeder to the Roosters. Pretty sure that'll help them.

titans will be playing for no points if the rumors of more player arrests after tonight's trial game in cairns are true.....bringing the game into disrepute, the titans cannot afford or pay a fine, so no points seems to be the punishment

Almost zero chance of the Titans playing for no points. Things like that are reserved as punishments for things like cheating the comp. Having a few arrests might get them fined, but no worse than that.

I had the last 2 reversed before the drug scandal broke

Grand final
Bulldogs 12
Cowboys 8

A 'controversial' cowboys knock on/ forward pass try under the posts will be sent up stairs with 2 minutes to go in the game. Although it is a blatant no try the "cowboys curse" will be spoken about for weeks afterwards and the media will attempt to take some of the shine off the Bulldogs triumph.
