Yep, positives are the effort the dogs put in with only 12 men.

Tonga, Patten, Ryan, Cutler etc all putting in a top effort and looking good for the season.

Positives is really the first half, they played brilliant in that half.

Great effort.
All the boys turned up and to be leading 24-8 with 12 men was a sensational effort.
I was impressed with Tonga. He has improved his defense immensely. He put on several mean hits and try savers.
Ryan was a MACHINE!!!!

They played realy well, just the toll from defending so much took its toll on them in the 2nd half. Patten and Ryan were awesome. They were both very dangerous when they had the ball. To go down by 1 point in those circumstances is a pretty fair effort.

awesome game by some players! they really tried so hard. unlike some of the players in previous years who just refuse to try until the end.

Tonga,Patten,Ryan and Cutler played very well today, our effort was great to be down to 12 men, for about 75 minutes, also our first half was great, hopefully we should bounce back against the panthers next week!

Never easy to win at Newcastle, nearly pulled it off with 12 men. Feel sorry for Sonny, he looked pumped for a big one.

the game was awesome.....so many positives to come out of it...
as long as they play with that type of passion and aggression for the rest of the season....

12 players for 95% of the game....lose by 1 point....
the panthers are going to be worried next fri night....

and to think if Dallas hadnt have blown his load at the site of the try line...we would have one..
