aiden tolman has been one of the most consistent performers the last few years and think he should be mentioned in the running for a nsw jersey.
Doesn't matter, he's a no nonsense white boy playing for Canterbury. He doesn't have several hyphens in his last name and he doesn't have security stickers on his arms.....

Tahu specialist left, Uate specialist right. Would not have Tahu though.
hayne right centre with uate on the wing could be dangerous! speed and size! then the morris boys left side......
Ok then ....

(1) B.Stewart
(Hayne is out of form, Dugan is busted up, Minichello back-up)

(2) B.Morris WITH (3) J.Morris = Left side attack.
(Something about brothers in a contest I think will bring out the best in each other)

(4) T.Tahu or J.Hayne WITH (5) A Uate = Right side attack
(Prefereably, I like the idea of Tahu defending Inglis before Hayne)

(6) T.Carney WITH (7) P.Wallace
(Go with Pearce if Wallace is injured)

(8) T. Learoyd-Large
(9) R.Hinchcliffe (Ennis is only 70%, Farah as back-up)
(10) T.Sims
(11) A.Watmough
(12) P. Gallen
(13) G. Stewart (for the brother effect mentioned above)

(14) G. Bird
(15) T. Williams
(16) L. Lewis
(17) J. Tamou

In the event we lose a forward insert Weymann, Tolman, Mannah, Merrin in that order.

There was only one side there picked on 'FORM' as discussed, how can anyone pick Tony Williams, he has played 3 games this year? Surely others have overtaken him with form. Personally it doesn't matter who you pick, it won't be good enough.

On the subject of Hayne's form:

nrlstats.com lists Hayne's defensive stats for Friday's game as 1 Tackle, 3 Missed Tackles.

Wow.
Wow?...he's the last line of defence its not very unusual for a fullback to miss more tackles than he makes

  • Hayne doesnt deserve a spot with the following all in contection: Dugan, Uate, B Morris, B Stewart, Mini.
  • I'd have Mannah over Merrin and TLL at the moment.
  • And All this talk of Reynolds and Mullen as the utility, NSW have a ready made veteran utility in Luke Lewis.

hayne had strong defence last year in SOO3 at centre, was good at 5/8 for scum last year.

the best way to make inglis have a **** game is to make him lose confidence in defence. he misses lots of tackles and drops his head, haynes attack can make inglis miss tackles

I get confused between left and right centres ...

If we stick the Morris boys on the left-edge attack, who's the most adept at right wing/centre ? I wanna pick Tahu and Uate but I dont know if they're specialist left side players or not ?
Do you really think that they would let that Lunatic Tahu back in the NSW team after his last effort, I would be very disappointed indeed.

(1) I want 17 folks with a pathological hate for all things Qld.

(2) It'd be worth him getting 6 weeks to iron out Inglis !

1. Stewart/Mini
2. Uate
3. J Morris
4. Jennings
5. Hayne (although in poor form he has to be in the team, no doubting what he's capable of).
6. Carney
7. Pearce
8. Gallen
9. Ennis (if fit)/Hinchcliffe (I love Wearnze's idea of playing him in the first 20 and then playing Ennis/Farah as impact players)
10. Tamou
11. Watmough
12. Lewis (tbh he HAS to be in the team, heap of experience and quality player)
13. Glen Stewart

14. Wiliams
15. Mateo
16. Tariq sims
17. Ennis/Farah

EPIC LMFAOOOO !!

You refer to Hayne as having a form slump.. Yet you mention Jennings with no hesitation at all ?

Hayne has been one of the better players in the comp. Hayne should be number 1 period.

Fullbacks in better form than Hayne: Stewart, Mini and Dugan in his 2 games back has shown more.

And for the wing spot you have Uate and Morris.

leaving hayne out of the nsw side is like leaving inglis out for qld, even if they are out of form, they will be close to MOTM in origin

There is an arguement for that. But at the same time he does not deserve to be there. What kind of message is that sending to the other players who are in better form, playing better footy?

A Prop goes ok..in fact I could easilly see him filling two bench spots if Fawah isn't needed......but why waste him on the bench...I'd consider starting with him...then he could still fill one bench spot and as soon as fatigue sets in, he could come on to relieve himself....NSW could really build a strong team around this bloke...come to think of it, is he off contract any time soon?
