With Crichton not being extended and Taukeiaho's money I think the Roosters have just enough in the cap to make it work (even when factoring in Smith). They could even move on someone if they needed to.

I think 2023 they’d have enough like you said, they had to move 2 minimum wage players to Warriors a couple wks back because of ‘salary cap pressure’. I wonder if that was to make room for the rest of the season?
