Wouldn't be half the player he is if he came into grade with us. Same way Meaney would be a far better player had he came into grade through Melbourne. Slater's coaching and influence is huge.

Plus you need to earn your jersey there, unfortunetley weve been handing out jerseys to reserve graders last couple of years.
