Why would you stick with the same team when it is clearly wrong.

NSW's first mistake was making Gidley captain imo. He should be coming off the bench.

Hayne has been their best player for 2 games now, and he is plating on the wing, he should be at fullback.

Wallace and Farrah need to go, both were rubbish last night.

And I don't undertsand why you wouldn't pick the older players?????? Ryan, Hindmarsh and BK all in career best form atm. Like someone said before, why try to "build" a team when the concept of origin is to win it that year?

Everyone says "QLD picked a team a stuck with it". That's because it's a bloody awesome team, and they were a winning team off the bat.

One last thing, Laurie Daley must go!

  1. Hayne
  2. Morris (take your pick)
  3. Cooper
  4. Lyon
  5. Williams
  6. Barret
  7. Kimmorley
  8. Bailey
  9. Ennis
  10. Kite
  11. Hindmarsh
  12. O'Donnell
  13. Gallen
    -----------
  14. Gidley
  15. Creigh
  16. Watmough
  17. Weyman
    -------
  18. Ryan
Very strong team Moe. Good Work.

If he is then NSW are in massive trouble. They might as well send their side to go play netball...they'd be a better chance. Kite is a f*cken cat.

How can people still put Gidley at fullback ? Sure he makes some meters but his one man army style of play is not suited to rep level games.

He offers NOTHING at the back, Hayne destroys him in every department.

Its a long and hard road to redemption but the first step is sack him as captain and make him play off the bench where he is best suited.

Well, How good has Origin been if you're a Queenslander.

NSW have a lot to learn but I won't deny the talent in the QLD team. One thing NSW don't understand though is that we didn't win these four years on talent. We won because our team has developed a strong comradeship over the years. We play like a team. Much like the Bulldogs of 2009. Playing like a champion team will always beat a team of champions.

Darren Lockyer, Steve Price and Tonie Carroll played game 1, 1998. Carroll played last year and Locky and Pricey will play game 3 2009. This is where the tale lies gentlemen. They played as kids alongside Langer and took on teams with the opposition consisting of Johns, Fittler and Daley. Maybe a young blue will be in the same position 5 years from now. Who knows? NSW's time will come. No doubt about that.

Without getting cocky - I think we've got NSW until Civo and Price call it a day. Locky will call it shortly after or there abouts. Then we'll have a game.

Queenslander!
