Please Brent, you are just embarassing yourself. Danish actually knows alot about footballs and comes here to talk about it, not be badgered with stupid jokes from imbeciles.

danish, the roosters are one of the oldest club in the NRL. with age, comes respect, establishment and juniors wanting to play both junior and senior football for the club. it's only natural your juniors will want to play for the roosters. not only that, the juniors will only want their affiliation to be with their beloved club. i support a team that is 13 years old, what could we possibly have to rival easts? i'm proud of our (the cowboys) short history, as i'm sure you are of the roosters. the players that i listed as one club players not all necessarily from the young guns, but i do know that the next generation of cowboys are definitely northerners.
look, i'm not here to argue, but i know some other people are

The Roosters have spent a bucketload buying up juniors from clubs like Newcastle and the Panthers over the years due to their lack of a junior base. They have also been successful with scouts in Qld and NZ. Danish is correct in stating they are 1 club players (even if they've been there 2 years) but they aren't from their Junior leagues.
We dont have many juniors clubs because souths stole them by putting their leagues clubs in our territory..

Ok from this weekends team it is...

Hazem El Masri
Sonny Bill Williams
Brent Sherwin
Tony Grimaldi
Roy Asotasi
Willie Mason
Reni Maitua
Corey Hughes
Nate Myles
Jarrad Hickey

That is 10 players... its an equal split for the game tomorrow night... but add Emelio, who is a Canterbury Junior who left and played for Cronulla and came back... and we have the upper hand with 11.

Add to that Adam Perry and Matt Utai

Then look at our Juniors in the side who have played FG this season...

- Ben Roberts
- Dallas McIllwain
- Trent Cutler
- Cameron Phelps
- Billy Ngawini
- Brad Morrin
- Daniel Conn

And look its 20/25 man squad... once again... The Bulldogs are superior... :D :D

But we're talking about players who have ONLY played first gradefor the Bulldogs and no other teams, so Grimaldi and Emelio wouldn't count.

Yes I know... however Grimaldi only played for ESL from memory and the Bulldogs... so he falls into the Morley case... and Danish included Morley.

As for Emelio, I didn't count him as such, I just added him on to show the great junior talent we have... :grinning:

I recognise it as 10 players... so we are equal... I just wanted the Bulldogs to come out on top.. ;)

Danish included Morley because he hasn't played for another NRL club. But didn't Emelio play first grade for the Sharks, and Grimaldi for the Dragons?

Yes Grimmers did play for the dragons and made his first grade debut playing for the dragons.

Penrith:

Rhys Wesser
Michael Gordon
Luke Rooney
Luke Lewis
Danny Galea
Craig Gower
Frank Pritchard
Tony Puletua
Luke Swain
Shane Rodney
Trent Waterhouse
Paul Aiton

That's 12 out of our best 17 that have been one club players with Penrith.

However, surely the number of first grade games must be a criteria for one club players.
With this being the case it would be:

Gower, Puletua, Wesser who have been vetern one clubmen.
