Thanks guys, the average starting price is usaully $2.01, i think it ended up paying $1.40 on fixed yesterday. She's my first greyhound so I've been lucky, and is going to have a spot on the sofa for the rest of her life.

Plan is a group 2 race at the Gardens (Newcastle), then too Wenty park if she can get the magic distance of 520m. She has trialled there and won at Albion park over the shorts but if she cant run out a solid 500+ there is no real cash options in town.

After round 4 this year my mate who is a big punter was bagging the dags and saying we won't make the 8...he wanted a $1000.00 on it so I took the bet at even money...

Well 3 weeks ago he was still bagging us so I asked what odds will he give me for us to win the comp..he gave me 10/1 so I put $500.00 on us to win..just got off the phone to him and he backed the cowboys with .5 start for $200.00

So things are looking good for me..how do you like my chances..also this guy will 100% pay up too
