im also used to not getting much sleep so i cant sleep solidly for more than 6 hours these days.

tbh i got plenty of sleep, i just fell asleep at 2 in the afternoon yesterday then woke up at 10 to watch the F1, then fell asleep for another 4 hours

so i got 12 hours which is 1 above average

try watching the rugby union world cup, i find that tends to help
