I mentioned it in game thread, his confidence got shot after the drop ball at Melbourne and then they scored. They targeted him again and he dropped it cold and that was it. He hasn’t been the same since, a stint in reserves again might be needed but then again who do we have that can replace him...

I thought he was our best signing and I think I’m wrong.

I will be honest and say i havnt seen him in reserve grade since he was dropped.

I did watch him plenty of times last year and kid played well. In my opinion is still better option than Okenbur. Okenbur isnt ready for FG. Still needs more time to learn the game.

On last years form Crichton is one of the first picked every week for us. As I said before I thought he was our best signing l.Okenbur isn’t ready for first grade as you can see with the rocks and diamonds performances he has put up so far.
With where the team is at Crichton is guaranteed another crack at FG this year at some stage.

I totally agree with you in regards to depth. But as for body shape, chrichton might not be tall but still safe under high ball and is quick .But for the moment, is a better option than what we have. But knowing Pay he will keep Okenbur there forever no matter how bad he plays

Crichton was garbage for the Panthers though. Literally dropped the ball over the line worse than Montoya at one stage lol.
