6 to 8 weeks

Few months if surgery (needed when ligament is torn from bone or if dislocation happens repeatedly), otherwise they can even play within a few weeks but it's a risk that it'll keep dislocating once that ligament has "stretched" from that initial dislocation. I think like Chemdog said though, 6-8 if they're going to let the swelling heal and play on.
Painful and annoying process either way, like most joint injuries.

Watch more than one game of reserves and you will actually realise how much better off the team is without him. Rajab motm last week and dropped to the bench, laughable. The coaching staff will hopefully make the right call. I always loved the never say die attitude of Reynolds, but the coaching staff will know whether or not throwing him in as the bench utility is the right call. Let the haters hate. Not really worth the frustration of trying to get them to see what he's done for the club if they're convinced he's not useful.

His defence was terrible. Certain posters complain about other players defence yet they want to promote a bloke with arguably the worst defence in the game. Those efforts were horrible. Looking at the stats and he made 9 tackles with 4 misses. He played 70m and spent about 20 on them in the middle..those numbers are terrible.
